Does Superfi Group Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. Superfi Group shares customers' information only as described below and with SUPERFI.CO.UK, Inc. and the subsidiaries that SUPERFI.CO.UK, Inc. controls that are either subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.

If you have any questions or objection as to how we collect and process your personal information, please contact our Customer Services. Many of our Superfi Group Services also include settings that provide you with options as to how your information is being used.

  • As described above, you can choose not to provide certain information but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the Superfi Group Services.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of Superfi Group Services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfil the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Notice, as may be required by law such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise communicated to you. For example, we retain your transaction history so that you can review past purchases (and repeat orders if desired) and what addresses you have shipped orders to, and to improve the relevancy of products and content we recommend.

If requested by law to present data accumulated on any person(s) under a valid court subpoena or to help the police in part of an ongoing investigation. Superfi Group must legally oblige to provide such information on the person(s) required. However, upon the request of such information we will ensure that the information requested is relevant to the product specified in question.

  • recommendations and the products you recently viewed that are the basis for recommendations (including Recommended for You and Improve Your Recommendations);
  • shopping lists and gift registries (including Wish Lists) your content, devices, subscriptions, and related settings;
  • Your Profile (including your product Reviews, Recommendations, Reminders and personal profile);

EU-US Privacy Shield

In Phase International Ltd. and certain of its controlled US affiliates (together, the In Phase International Ltd. Companies, or "We") participate in the EU-US a Privacy Shield Frameworks regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries, the United Kingdom. We have certified with the Department of Commerce that we adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles.

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
