Using the very latest SAP systems we can process your order within minutes of receiving it and forward it direct to our distribution centre. Using the latest warehouse technologies and logistic techniques ensures that you order is delivered complete and fast using our new hifi direct service.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are very simple. they based on your location. Please use our shipping table below to check which shipping charge applies to you. The shipping table is based on standard delivery service. Any sort of special delivery is not available for Non UK Mainland destinations.

What are the types of delivery and the despatch times?

Normal delivery times are 2 – 3 working days. Special delivery service, such as next day delivery and Saturday delivery are available for delivering your in car entrainment equipment.

Who can sign for delivery?

Where a signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery.

What happens if I am not in?

Our direct to your door delivery service requires you to be at home or make arrangements to receive delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called.

Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.

Where is my order?

Most of our products are despatched from our warehouse within the next working day.
